The IWA season opener kicked off in Moose Lake over the weekend. Sunday brought out great fan attendance with beautiful weather to go along with it. Sunday’s races did not disappoint with close finishes and racers going bar to bar into the corners.

Joey Strub started right where he left off last season, bringing home the Pro-Open Oval win and celebrated by giving the crowd a show of horsepower from the Bikeman Performance Mod.

Austin McCurdy took the checkers in Semi-Pro Open Ovals this weekend and looks to keep the momentum rolling into next weekend.

The Bikeman Performance Watercross Team ended the weekend on a great note with 2 top spots and Brian McCurdy Jr. finishing 2nd in Pro-Open Ovals right behind Strub.

Dale Lindbeck took the win in Pro-Stock Ovals but was absent in the Pro-Open Final. Dale’s looking to change that this weekend at Brainerd International Raceway for the IWA’s second stop of the summer.
